the Women's Foundation of CaliforniaServing as fiscal sponsor of WANDA, the Women's Foundation of California exists to create a more just and equitable California where women and girls lead and thrive as full contributors in our communities. The Foundation envisions California as the healthiest, safest and most economically prosperous place to live and achieves this vision by focusing on women and girls as change agents through their central role in families and communities. The Women’s Foundation leads the charge of building a powerful movement for social justice that focuses on the health, economic prosperity, safety and leadership of women and girls. The Foundation is a national leader in facilitating donor circles and currently operates seven of them.

As a primary recipient of WANDA's investments, Opportunity Fund provides financial tools and training that enable their customers to transform their lives and their communities. Opportunity Fund's comprehensive approach incorporates housing, savings, credit and financial literacy, making it possible for clients to build assets—a home, a small business, an education—as well as hope for the future. Opportunity Fund has successfully directed over $150 million in community investment into low-income neighborhoods and improved the lives of over 10,000 households.

Sand Hilll FoundationRooted in the rolling hills of Silicon Valley and inspired by the people of this community, the Sand Hill Foundation is privileged to invest in nonprofit organizations that make lasting change—one life at a time. The passion, entrepreneurial talent and vision of our nonprofit partners are cause for celebration and hope. Each grant we make is a reflection of our appreciation for the land and people of this place we call home. Sand Hill Foundation is very proud to have provided matching funds to WANDA for support of the group’s expansion as it aims to serve more working mothers in San Mateo County.
